1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed, outer leaves removed, and halved
2 TBSP olive oil
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl and drizzle on the oil. Sprinkle on the Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and salt and toss to coat all the brussels sprouts evenly.
Spread the brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven until browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
