Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed, outer leaves removed, and halved
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl and drizzle on the oil. Sprinkle on the Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and salt and toss to coat all the brussels sprouts evenly.
- Spread the brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven until browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
