4 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced small
3 habanero peppers, seeded and diced small
1/4 cup small diced red bell pepper
crackers or sliced veggies for serving
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Can be served right away, but better if you cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Spread on crackers or sliced veggies.
