Line a large (13x18-inch) rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil then place a wire baking rack on the baking sheet.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels and place them into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the wings then sprinkle on the salt and toss to coat.
Lay the chicken wings in a single layer onto the baking rack keeping the wings at least 1-inch apart from each other.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
In a small bowl mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, onion, paprika, and cayenne until well combined.
Brush the wings with sauce then place the wings back in the oven and bake for about 10 more minutes or until the wings are cooked through and the sauce has caramelized.
