Three Cheese Radish Spread
A tasty radish spread (or dip) made in less than 5 minutes and goes great with crackers, breads, veggies and more.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped radish
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Crackers or raw vegetables for serving
Directions
- Add the radish and garlic to a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Now add the cream cheese, feta, Parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper and pulse until thoroughly combined.
- Spread on crackers or raw vegetables, or refrigerate for later.
