INGREDIENTS
15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
bread or crackers for serving
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the ricotta, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor and pulse until creamy, about 1 minute or so.
Transfer the whipped ricotta to a bowl then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on a little freshly ground black pepper.
Serve with bread, crackers, or fresh cut veggies.
