INGREDIENTS

SALAD:
5 ounces baby spinach
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
4 ounces feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
DRESSING:
3 TBSP white balsamic vinegar
6 TBSP canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

CONVERSION CALCULATOR

DIRECTIONS

Add the spinach, berries, feta, and walnuts to a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Pour about half the dressing into the mixing bowl with the salad (add more or less dressing to taste), toss to coat.
Serve salad immediately or refrigerate for later.
