Michigan Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 ounces fresh baby spinach
2 ounces chopped romaine
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup diced Granny Smith apple
2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing:
1/4 cup raspberries
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP olive oil
salt & fresh ground pepper
Directions
1. Combine all the salad ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the raspberries and vinegar to a blender and puree until smooth. Slowly pour the oil into the blender while pulsing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Toss the salad with about half of the dressing. Serve the salad with the remaining dressing on the side.
