Moroccan Baked Chicken Breasts

Boneless skinless chicken breasts seasoned with Moroccan spices and baked in the oven.

Moroccan Baked Chicken Breasts

1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 10 ounces each)
2 TBSP olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Mix together all the spices in a bowl and set aside.

3. Rub the chicken breasts all over with the olive oil and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle the spice mix on the chicken breasts on both sides and rub in until well coated in the spices.

4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 10 minutes then flip the chicken over and cook for 10 to 15 more minutes, depending on how thick the chicken is, or until chicken has an internal temperature of 160°F.

5. Take the chicken out of the oven and allow to sit and rest for about 5 minutes.
