INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP olive oil
4 flounder fillets (about 3 ounces each)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
1 lemon cut into wedges

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Drizzle the oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Lay the fillets on the baking sheet and set aside.
Mix the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly onto the top of the fish fillets and gently press to adhere.
Drizzle the melted butter over the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for13 to 15 minutes or until fish is cooked and flaky.
Serve fish with lemon wedges on the side.
