In a large mixing bowl stir together the breadcrumbs and water until well combined.
Add the ground beef, garlic, feta, onion, mint, salt, and pepper and use your hands to mix thoroughly.
Form the beef mixture in balls roughly 1-inch in diameter then flatten the balls between your hands.
Spread the flour out in a shallow dish and flip the flattened meatballs in the flour to lightly coat them then shake off any excess flour.
Heat 3 TBSP of the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot cook the meatballs until cooked through and well browned, 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on how flat your meatballs are. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a paper towel lined plate.
Wipe out the pan and repeat step 5 with the remaining uncooked meatballs.
