Ingredients

15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
2 cloves roasted garlic
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP tahini
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
dash white pepper
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP water
1/2 tsp cumin


Directions

1. Put all items in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Taste and season if needed.


Notes/Tips

Serve with pita, pita chips, vegetables or as a spread on a sandwich.

Save the bean liquid and research "aquafaba" for fun food science experiments.

Perfect baby food, my toddler loved it.
