Roasted Garlic Hummus
A chickpea hummus made with roasted garlic cloves.

Ingredients
- 15-ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP tahini
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- dash white pepper
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP water
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
- Put all items in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and season if needed.
