In a large mixing bowl mix together the ground turkey, egg, green onion, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Form the mixture into 3 equal size patties roughly the same diameter as your burger buns.
In a separate small bowl thoroughly mix together the SPICY GARLIC SLAW ingredients and set aside.
Heat the peanut oil in a large cast-iron pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot cook the burger patties until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
Transfer the burger patties to the sesame seed buns. Top the patties with the spicy garlic slaw.
