INGREDIENTS
2 TBSP unsalted butter, softened
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
3 In a small bowl mix together the butter, paprika, salt, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, black pepper, mustard, and cayenne until well combined.
Brush the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs then place the chicken on the foil-lined baking sheet.
Roast the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Take the chicken thighs out of the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
