INGREDIENTS
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cups vegetable oil
1 cup flour
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup Franks RedHot Sauce or other hot sauce
2

or split
rolls
(optional - lettuce, mayo, pickles)

DIRECTIONS
Trim chicken breasts and pound evenly to about half an inch thick. Set aside
In a shallow bowl combine flour, cayenne, pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well
In a separate bowl pour in the 1/4 cup hot sauce.
Pour oil into a dutch oven and heat to 350 degrees F.
Working one at a time dredge the chicken breasts in flour mixture then dip in hot sauce and then coat with flour mixture again.
Fry the breasts in the oil for about 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken registers 165 degrees F.
Place breast on the bun and add the lettuce, mayo and pickles.
