Combine the mashed banana, milk, and cinnamon in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, and bring to a slight boil (make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesnt boil over).
Stir in the oats and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened to desired consistency, 25 to 30 minutes.
