INGREDIENTS
2 large ripe bananas
3 TBSP natural peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the bananas then place the bananas in a large mixing bowl and mash well using a potato masher.
Stir the peanut butter in with the bananas until combined.
Add the oats, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and stir until well combined.
Spread the granola mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and use a spatula to carefully flip over the granola then return to the oven and bake for about 20 more minutes.
Take granola out of the oven and allow to completely cool, about 1 hour, the granola will harden a little more as it cools.
