In a large mixing bowl stir together the rolled oats, flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In another bowl whisk the egg with the honey, olive oil, and mashed banana.
Blend your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients then stir the raisins into the mixture.
Lightly oil your hands then form the mixture into rectangle-shaped bars roughly 4-1/2-inches by 1-1/2-inches by 1/2-inch and place them on an ungreased baking sheet. You should end up with about 12 bars roughly 2 ounces each.
Bake until browned a little on the bottom, about 18 minutes.
Remove the granola bars from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes.
