INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 TBSP olive oil



DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour in the water and oil and mix until well combined. Let dough rest 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
  3. Roll out the dough to fit a 16-inch pizza pan or 18x13-inch baking sheet.
  4. Top the dough with your choice of sauce and toppings then bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust golden brown and crisp.
