Directions
- In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour in the water and oil and mix until well combined. Let dough rest 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Roll out the dough to fit a 16-inch pizza pan or 18x13-inch baking sheet.
- Top the dough with your choice of sauce and toppings then bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust golden brown and crisp.
