In a large bowl mix together the milk and yeast then add the flours to the bowl and stir to combine.
Stir in 1 TBSP of the oil, the salt, and 1 of the eggs then continue to stir until a dough is formed.
Knead the dough while in the bowl by hand until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
Form the dough into a ball then drizzle the remaining 1 TBSP of oil on top, flipping the dough ball around to coat in the oil.
Loosely cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Form the dough into 6 equal size balls then lay the dough balls on the baking sheet at about 2-inches apart and lightly press them down so theyre roughly 4-inches in diameter.
Beat the remaining egg in a small bowl then brush the tops of the buns with a little bit of the beaten egg, discarding any extra egg.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the top of the buns then set aside to rise for 30 more minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 15 minutes.
Allow buns to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
