American Goulash
Seasoned ground beef and pork cooked with onion, garlic, and tomatoes then mixed with macaroni pasta and topped with sour cream.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 TBSP paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- salt & pepper
- 1 yellow onion, small chopped
- 1 pound ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 12 ounces uncooked macaroni
- sour cream for serving

Directions
- Combine the ground beef, pork, paprika, garlic, and 1 tsp salt in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook, occasionally stirring and breaking up the meat, for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the onion and tomatoes and cook, occasionally stirring and breaking up the tomatoes, until the mixture begins boiling rapidly, about 4 minutes.
- Place the lid on the dutch oven and reduce the heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes.
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Take the dutch oven off the heat and stir in the cooked macaroni. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve the goulash topped with a dollop of sour cream.
