In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the water and oil then mix until well combined and set aside.
THE SAUSAGE:
Add the SAUSAGE ingredients (ground pork, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, fennel, and crushed red pepper) to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it upas it cooks, until browned, about 8 minutes.
THE SAUCE:
Stir together the SAUCE ingredients (tomato puree, oregano, garlic, salt) in a saucepan over medium-low heat until warmed.
ASSEMBLY AND BAKING:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Lightly oil a large 13x18-inch baking sheet.
Stretch the dough out into the pan then prebake the dough in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Remove the dough from oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over top then sprinkle on the mozzarella, sausage, and the sliced onions.
Place back in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until crust is crispy and a light golden color.
Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle the top with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
