- 12 ounces dried fettuccine pasta
- 1 TBSP unsalted butter
- 6 ounces frozen broccoli florets, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 16 ounces heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Cook your pasta according to package directions.
- While your pasta cooks: Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Stir to combine. Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain your pasta and serve topped with the sauce.
