2/3 cup cold water, possibly a little more or less
2 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
Flaky salt like Kosher or Sea Salt as needed
DIRECTIONS
Place flour, baking powder, salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine.
Add cubed cold butter and pulse to combine.
Add peanut oil, honey, and poppy seeds and pulse to combine.
With the motor of the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the water until the dough begins to form a ball. Remove dough from food processor. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
On a well floured surface roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut your desired shape (commonly circles, squares, or triangles)and place onto baking sheets. With a toothpick poke 5-10 wholes into each cracker.
Place in the oven and bake for 8 minutes then rotate the pans and bake for another 2-4 minutes.
Remove the crackers from the oven. Working in batches, brush 8-10 crackers at a time with melted butter and immediately sprinkle with the flaky salt.
Allow to cool completely and then store in an airtight container or serve.
