Homemade Creme Fraiche
An easy recipe for creme fraiche that goes great on fruits, pancakes, waffles, etc. or used in recipes for soups and sauces.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (16 ounces) heavy cream
- 3 TBSP cultured buttermilk
Directions
- Stir the heavy cream and buttermilk together in a glass jar. Cover the jar with cheesecloth or other breathable material. Let the jar sit out at room temperature for 24 hours.
- Place a tight lid on the jar and place the Creme Fraiche in the fridge for 24 hours before using. Store up to 6 weeks in the fridge.
