Indian Spiced Pork Tenderloin

Oven roasted pork tenderloin flavored with an Indian-style spice rub.

Indian Spiced Pork Tenderloin recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin



Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. In a small bowl mix together the oil and spices until well combined.

  3. Rub the oil/spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin then place the pork on a rimmed baking sheet.

  4. Place the pork in the oven and cook until pork has an internal temperature of about 145°F, about 25 minutes.

  5. Take the pork out of the oven and set aside to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
