INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour plus a little extra
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
12 ounces plain whole milk Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
Stir in the the yogurt until well combined and a shaggy dough is formed.
Sprinkle a little flour onto a baking sheet.
Knead the dough with your hands for a minute or two until the dough comes together.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle roughly 1-inch high.
Use a circle cutter or an upside-down cup thats roughly 3-inches in diameter and cut circles out of the dough and place them onto the baking sheet.
Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 17 minutes.
