INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 TBSP natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ice cube



DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the sliced bananas and peanut butter in a freezer-safe container with a lid then place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  2. Add the cold bananas and peanut butter to a blender along with the milk and ice cube.
  3. Blend until smooth then enjoy.
