In a large mixing bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, milk, and eggs until well combined then set aside until the breadcrumbs have soaked up the liquid, about 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl (pork, beef, salt, garlic, onion, oregano, parsley, basil, rosemary, and black pepper) then use your hands to mix everything together.
Form the mixture into balls roughly 1-1/2 inches in diameter (about 1 1/2 ounces) and place them spread out onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
