Crunchy Garlic Croutons
Easy homemade garlic and olive oil croutons.

Ingredients
- 1 french baguette (9 to 10 ounces)
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the baguette into large cubes and cut off any crust.
- Put the bread cubes in a large bowl, drizzle the oil over top and toss to coat. Sprinkle the salt and garlic powder on the bread and toss again.
- Spread the bread cubes out on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes then flip them over and bake another 5 minutes or until crunchy. Take croutons out of the oven and set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.
