Place the chopped apples into a food processor with the milk then blend until it becomes the consistency of applesauce.
Transfer the applesauce into a large mixing bowl and stir in the yeast.
Whisk in the eggs then stir in the flour, raisins, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Lightly oil an 8x4-inch bread loaf pan with the oil then spread the batter dough into the loaf pan evenly.
Set the pan aside and allow the dough to rest for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until cooked through (an internal temperature of about 200°F).
Take the bread out of the oven and remove the bread from the loaf pan onto a wire rack (you may need to go around the edges with a thin spatula or knife to release the bread).
Allow the bread to cool for about 1 hour before slicing.
