Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lbs of chicken wings
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sriracha
2 TBSP rice vinegar
2 TBSP honey
1 TBSP sesame oil
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP minced ginger

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack.

2. In a large mixing bowl combine the vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Pat the wings dry with paper towels and toss in the wings in the bowl with the oil until well coated.

3. Place the wings spread out in a single layer on the wire rack over the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until crispy and chicken is cooked through.

4. Clean out the mixing bowl and mix together remaining ingredients to make the sauce.

5. When wings are finished cooking toss them in the sauce until well coated and serve.
