INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup whole milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 pound ground pork
2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl then use your hands to mix everything together.
Form the mixture into balls roughly 1 1/2 inches in diameter then spread them out onto a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven until cooked through (145°F internal temperature), about 15 minutes.
