Homemade Boursin Cheese
An easy to make creamy herbed Boursin-style cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 TBSP unsalted butter, room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 TBSP freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- optional: crackers, bread, or cut veggies for serving

Directions
- Thoroughly mix the butter and cheeses in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
