Mix together the breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl and set aside for about 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to soak up the milk.
Using your hands mix in the turkey, egg, Parmesan, and spices until well combined then form the mixture into balls roughly the size of a golf ball (about 1-1/2 inches in diameter) and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 12 minutes then take the meatballs out of the oven and set aside.
Add the tomatoes to a large pot and bring to a slight boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and stir in the oregano, garlic, crushed red pepper, and 1/2 tsp salt. Taste the sauce and season with salt & pepper if necessary.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and gently stir. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
