INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground pork shoulder
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup
rusk
breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried thyme
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into 2-ounce log shapes roughly 5-inches long by 3/4-inch in diameter.
Fry the sausages in a pan over medium heat, turning often, until well browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
