INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground pork shoulder
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup rusk breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme



DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2-ounce log shapes roughly 5-inches long by 3/4-inch in diameter.
  3. Fry the sausages in a pan over medium heat, turning often, until well browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
