An easy to make Filipino dish consisting of ground pork and vegetables tossed with rice noodles and a little crushed red pepper for heat.

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces vermicelli rice noodles
1 TBSP peanut oil
1 pound ground pork
1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup water
3 TBSP soy sauce
8 ounces shredded green cabbage
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 lime, cut into wedges
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Soak or cook noodles according to package directions then set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add the pork to the pan and cook, while breaking up the pork, for about 4 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook, stirring often, for about 2 minutes.
Add the water, soy sauce, cabbage, carrot, and crushed red pepper to the pan and cook, stirring often, for about 2 more minutes.
Add the noodles to the pan and toss to combine then season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
