Add the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion, oregano, basil, salt and crushed red pepper to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat then cook the turkey sausage, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
Transfer the cook turkey sausage to a plate and set aside.
SPINACH PESTO:
Add the spinach, garlic, and Parmesan to a food processor or blender and blend into a paste.
Scrape the spinach paste into a bowl then stir in the salt, pepper, and olive oil until well combined. Set aside.
DOUGH AND ASSEMBLY:
Preheat the oven to 475°F.
Lightly oil a large pizza pan or an 18x13-inch baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the flours, baking powder, salt, and water until well combined and a dough is formed.
Knead the dough by hand for a few minutes then form into a ball.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to the size of your pan then transfer the dough onto the pan.
Spread the pesto sauce on the dough then sprinkle with the shredded cheese and top with the turkey sausage.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
