INGREDIENTS
4 pounds chicken wings, cut into wingettes and drumettes
2 TBSP baking powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with aluminum foil then top with wire baking racks.
Pat the wings dry with paper towels then place the wings into a large mixing bowl.
In a separate small bowl mix together the baking powder, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix into the large mixing bowl, on top of the wings, then toss to coat.
Spread the wings out onto the wire racks.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Rotate the baking sheets, to help cook the wings evenly, then bake for an additional 25 minutes.
Take the wings out of the oven and allow to cool.
Refrigerate to eat later or serve right away.
