Cheesy Chipotle Bean Dip
Smoky chipotle peppers blended with 3 cheeses and pinto beans.

Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
- 2 TBSP chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese, separated
- dash paprika
Directions
- Place the beans, cream cheese, chipotles, red onion, salt, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place in an oven proof dish and a top with the remaining 1/4 of shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Sprinkle with a dash of paprika and serve with tortilla chips to dip.
