Brazilian Inspired Chicken Wings
Chicken wings marinated in garlic and lime juice then baked until crispy and served with a creamy Brazilian garlic sauce (molho de alho).

Ingredients
- WINGS:
- 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 pounds chicken wings (separated into wingettes and drumettes)
- GARLIC SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
Directions
- WINGS:
- In a large bowl mix together the garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and salt. Add the chicken to the bowl and stir to coat all the chicken evenly in the marinade. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper then spread the wings out on the parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through (an internal temperature of about 160°F).
- GARLIC SAUCE:
- Combine all the GARLIC SAUCE ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Serve the chicken wings with the sauce on the side.
