Add the milk and salt then use a fork to whip the eggs until the eggs are a uniform color.
Brush the inside of a skillet evenly with the olive oil.
Heat the pan over medium-high heat until hot.
Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan the immediately turn the heat to medium-low.
Let the eggs sit for a few seconds then use a rubber spatula to gently push the eggs from the sides and bottom, constantly flipping and turning the eggs around the pan until they begin to set but are still a little glossy.
Take the pan off the heat then add the cheese and jalapeno to the eggs and continue to move the eggs around until the cheese is melted.
