8 TBSP unsalted butter, frozen and cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Pulse all the ingredients except the water in a food processor for about 30 seconds, mixture should have the consistency of wet sand.
Pour in the water and pulse 10 more seconds to make a dough.
Place the dough on the counter and form into a long rectangle, roughly 12 inches long, 2 inches high and 2 inches wide. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the dough from the fridge, cut into 1/4 inch slices and lay them flat on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until crisp and flaky. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
