1 cup dried fine breadcrumbs
1/2 cup whole milk
2 pounds ground beef
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP raw honey
1/8 tsp salt

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a large mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs and milk and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to soak up the liquid.

3. Combine the remaining MEATLOAF ingredients to the bowl and mix well, using your hands, until well combined.

4. Shape the beef mixture into a rectangle roughly 5x8x2-inches and place on a rimmed baking sheet.

5. In a small bowl mix together the GLAZE ingredients then spread it evenly on the top of the meatloaf.

6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through (155°F).

7. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
