Creamy Avocado and Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
3 TBSP red wine vinegar
6 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Add the avocado, garlic, and vinegar to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Scrape the avocado mixture into a bowl and whisk in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
