Creamy Avocado and Garlic Vinaigrette
A creamy vinaigrette dressing made with avocado, garlic, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 3 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 6 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Add the avocado, garlic, and vinegar to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Scrape the avocado mixture into a bowl and whisk in the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
