Crispy Curry Oven Baked Chicken Wings
Nice & crispy baked wings seasoned with curry and some cayenne pepper for a little heat.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 2 TBSP baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 TBSP curry powder
Directions
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add the wings and toss with your hands to coat.
- Place wings on wire baking racks above two foil lined baking sheets. Refrigerate uncovered for 8 hours, make sure theyre uncovered in the fridge so they dry out, which helps them crisp up in the oven.
- Preheat the oven to 250°F. Bake wings for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, rotating the baking sheets after 15 minutes.
- Turn the oven heat up to 425°F and bake for 1 more hour, rotating the baking sheets after 30 minutes.
