Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place a wire baking rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels then place them in a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil on top. Toss the chicken to coat evenly in the oil and set aside.
In a small bowl mix together all the spices (salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, and turmeric).
Sprinkle the spice mixture on the chicken and toss to combine and evenly coat the chicken in the spice mixture.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a single layer on the wire rack at least 1-inch apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F).
