Dill-icious Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 seedless cucumbers, cut in half and sliced thin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Dressing:
- 1 cup red onion, julienne
- 2 TBSP fresh dill, chopped or tsp dry dill
- pinch kosher salt
- sprinkle white pepper
- 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- TBSP sour cream
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the cucumbers and kosher salt toss together and place in colander over a bowl or sink to drain for 20 minutes.
- In a second large bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
- Add the cumbers to the dressing and coat well.
- Cover and store in fridge up to 1 hour before eating.
