- 3 large (8 to 10 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper then spread the chicken breasts out on top of the parchment paper.
- In a small bowl mix together the garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper then brush the mixture all over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature), 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
- Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
