3 large (8 to 10 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper then spread the chicken breasts out on top of the parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix together the garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper then brush the mixture all over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature), 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
