INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground fennel seed
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes



DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. To Cook: Add the sausage to a skillet over medium heat and cook while breaking up until the sausage is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
