8 oz kluski or other fine egg noodles
2 TBSP softened unsalted butter
2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 TBSP granulated garlic
1 TBSP poppy seeds
1 tsp kosher salt
2 TBSP soy sauce
1/4 tsp paprika
2 TBSP freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and stir in the noodles, cook for 6 minutes and then drain.

2. In the meantime preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and butter a 9x9 baking dish.

3. Prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl stir together the cottage cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, onions, garlic, poppy seeds, salt, and soy sauce.

4. Once the noodles are drained add them to the bowl with the sauce and stir together. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan. Bake (uncovered) in the center of the oven for 30 minutes.

6. Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
